Unfortunately, Trump, the head of the Peace Council, believes that UNRWA's work model consolidates the status of permanent refugee, hinders peace efforts and political settlement, and his administration accuses UNRWA of being linked to Hamas, confirming the fabricated Israeli reports sent to the Americans, and considered UNRWA to run a corrupt and irreparable financial system, and the Trump administration focused on replacing UNRWA with new bodies for the relief and employment of Palestinians, including the Peace Council, which announced the formation of last January 16, 2025, in addition to the "Gaza Executive Council" The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza and the International Stabilization Force (ISF).
What does this declaration mean, which cannot be accepted in any way, because the United Nations General Assembly established UNRWA by a UN resolution, which is empowered to terminate UNRWA's work and by a resolution of the same UN General Assembly, and I do not think that this will happen as long as the refugee issue is not resolved and the UN and Security Council resolutions issued in this regard are not implemented.
