Afrasianet - Seven survivors of sexual harasser Jeffrey Epstein have filed a new lawsuit in New York Supreme Court, accusing famed French hairstylist Frédéric Vicky of facilitating Epstein's abusive practices.
The charges also include participating in "grooming" of victims to make them look "puppets" to please Epstein and others.
According to CNN and other U.S. media outlets, the 17-page lawsuit alleges that Vicky and an employee played a "pivotal role" in Epstein's schemes by providing beauty services under his guidance.
Survivors allege that Epstein instructed Vikai to dye the victims' hair blonde and prepare them "like dolls" to look as young as possible, in line with his own and the wishes of others.
The lawsuit also describes the main Vikai salon in Manhattan as a "victim processing center," where Epstein would bring groups of young women and minors.
The survivors are seeking unspecified damages under New York State's Gender-Based Violence Protection Act, which allows victims to file civil lawsuits even after the normal statute of limitations has expired.
A representative for Frederick Veckey has vehemently denied the allegations. His spokesman, Mark Hare, told the media: "Frederick Veckey did nothing wrong, and he knew nothing about Epstein's abhorrent corruption or human trafficking."
He added that the lawsuit "does not even claim that Frederick met any of these women, let alone that he did not touch them or even knew that they were among the thousands of women who cut their hair in his salons every day."
The lawsuit comes at a time of renewed scrutiny over Epstein's dossier, especially after Republican Rep. Thomas Massie recently named Vekay in the House chambers as one of the alleged accomplices the Justice Department should investigate.
Vikai has previously denied any non-professional relationship with Epstein, asserting that their relationship was purely professional in the context of developing his business, which prosecutors deny who allege that Epstein helped Vikai transform his brand into a multibillion-dollar beauty empire.

Meanwhile, a US federal judge has rejected a request filed by Ghislaine Maxwell, the partner of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, to have her conviction overturned on sex trafficking charges while serving a 20-year prison sentence.
Maxwell, 64, was sentenced to 20 years in prison, the only one to be convicted of a crime linked to Epstein, who was found dead in his cell at a New York prison in 2019 while awaiting trial.

In his ruling, Judge Paul Engelmayer said Maxwell's allegations of violations of her constitutional rights during the trial and at the time of sentencing were "baseless", calling all or most of them "flimsy allegations".
Maxwell was convicted in 2021 of providing underage girls to Epstein, whose relationships with prominent businessmen, politicians, celebrities and academics have sparked years of scrutiny, along with conspiracy theories circulating about the case.
Under a new law passed last year, President Donald Trump's administration has uncovered vast amounts of investigative files related to Epstein, sparking widespread public interest in the case.
In February, Maxwell received a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee to discuss her relationship with Epstein, but declined to answer questions. Her lawyer said she would only speak if Trump granted her a pardon.
In October, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal filed by Maxwell against her conviction for human trafficking for sexual purposes.

In this context, a victim of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein reported that the latter's partner Ghislaine Maxwell presented it to US President Donald Trump, and indirectly indicated that she was "available".
According to the memo, which dates back to mid-2021 and months before Maxwell was convicted on federal sex trafficking charges, the victim said that "nothing ultimately happened" between her and Trump, whom investigators have never accused of involvement in Epstein's or Maxwell's crimes.
The victim explained that Maxwell took her to a party in New York when she was about 22 years old, without specifying the year of the incident. She stated that Maxwell seemed "very excited" at the idea of the victim getting to know "a large number of important men," and during the ceremony Maxwell "introduced her to Trump," where the victim felt Maxwell had showcased her accomplishments and background "as if it were a biography."
Trump later invited the woman to visit his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida, where she toured with Trump, Maxwell and Epstein, the memo said. "From what Maxwell said, it was clear that she was presenting as available," she said.
According to the memo, Maxwell said things like, "I think he likes you, isn't that good luck?" She also encouraged her to dress in clothes she believed Trump would prefer. The victim described the method as "very similar to the way Maxwell presented her to Epstein."
These memos are known within the FBI as Forms 302 and are used to document witness statements and testimony, but they usually do not include whether the bureau has been able to verify the authenticity of the information contained in them.
Commenting on the memo, the White House referred CNN to a statement from the Justice Department, which said of the new documents: "This release may include false or falsely represented images, documents, or videos, as everything sent to the FBI by the public was included in this release in response to the law. Some of the documents contain false and sensational allegations against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI just before the 2020 election. To be clear, these allegations are unfounded and false, and if they carried a shred of credibility, they would almost certainly have been used as a weapon against President Trump."
Donald Trump has previously denied any wrongdoing or illegal road behavior in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein case.

New documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case revealed that FBI agents questioned a whistleblower who claimed to have information about President Donald Trump's sexually abusing underage girl.
According to the Mirror, the set of documents includes what appear to be summary notes of calls to the FBI's whistleblower hotline last year, which repeatedly refers to Donald Trump. Inclusion on such a list is not evidence of wrongdoing.
Some of the communications included in the document have been dismissed as "unreliable".
However, one report stated: "[Name withheld] reported an unidentified friend who was forced to have oral sex with President Trump about 25 years ago in New Jersey. The friend told Alexis that she was about 13-14 years old when this happened, and the friend allegedly did some of President Trump during oral sex. The friend also allegedly was hit in the face after laughing at President Trump's bite. The friend said she was also abused by Epstein."
In follow-up notes to this entry, the officers did not state that the report was "unreliable," but wrote, "We spoke with the caller who identified [name withheld] as her friend. The report was sent to the Washington office for an interview." It is not known if the interview actually took place.
In a statement, the Justice Department said of the new documents: "This release may include false or falsely rendered photos, documents, or videos, as everything sent to the FBI by the public was included in this release in response to the law. Some of the documents contain false and sensational allegations against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI just before the 2020 election. The Justice Department said earlier that it would release many additional records from its investigative files related to Jeffrey Epstein, to resume disclosures under a law aimed at revealing what the government knew about the millionaire financier's sexual abuse of young girls and his interactions with the rich and powerful, including Donald Trump and Bill Clinton.
The documents were made public under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was enacted after months of public and political pressure to demand that the government open its files related to the late financier and his partner and ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell.
"Today's release marks the end of a very comprehensive process of identifying and reviewing documents, to ensure transparency to the American people and compliance with the law," Blanche said at a news conference announcing the disclosure.
The prospect of never-before-seen records linking Epstein to celebrities has long excited online investigators, conspiracy theorists, and others who have demanded a full statement, something Blanche himself acknowledged may not be achieved even with such a large amount of documents.
"There's a hunger, or a thirst for information, and I don't think it's going to be satisfied by reviewing these documents," Blanche said. "We didn't protect President Trump. We didn't protect — or refrain from protecting — anybody."

Le Monde newspaper reported that the French resort of Saint-Tropez was one of the main sites where young women were recruited into the network of notorious American financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Based on court documents and witness testimony, the report said: "The seaside resort of Saint-Tropez, one of the most popular destinations for aspiring models and actresses, was more than just a place for Epstein to relax or build relationships. It was also a place for young women to be recruited for sexual exploitation."
According to the newspaper, Epstein visited the resort annually, and no other city in the country was more popular for him than Paris. Both cities have become a springboard for sexual crimes.
French investigators have proven the central role of the Saint-Tropez region and the French Riviera in the sex trafficking scheme run by Epstein and his associates, Le Monde reported.
Jean-Luc Brunel, director of the MC2 agency for managing models and former director of Karen Models, was one of America's most prominent recruits, the report said. A police report revealed that he used modeling agencies to help Epstein reach out to young women.
Brunel committed suicide in a French prison in February 2022, after being held on charges of sexual assault.
Epstein was charged with sex trafficking of minors in the United States in 2019. In July of that year, he died in prison, and the investigation concluded that his death was a "suicide."
Model recruiter close to Epstein found dead in Paris
Frenchman Daniel Siade, a professional recruiter in the field of models, was also found dead at his home in the suburb of Colombe, northwest of Paris.
Nanterre's deputy prosecutor, Marie-Céline Loris, said in a statement that his body had been found, and an autopsy is set to reveal the exact causes of death.

For more than a decade, Siad had acted as a mediator between convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and several models, recommending them to meet him.

In one letter, Siad wrote about a French girl in Marrakech who expressed her willingness to meet Epstein, and in another letter in 2018, Siad asked for a good-looking young assistant, and he also sent photos of young women he met during his travels, some of them in provocative situations, and in one of the messages, it was reported that Epstein described one of the candidates as "very big," and it is reported that Sayad's name appears more than 2,000 times in Epstein's files with the Justice Department, according to BFMTV reports.

The emails he revealed showed how Siad acted as a "hunter" for Epstein, sending him photos and data of young models from around the world.
Described by the victims of the case as a "human trafficker in every sense of the word," and his death now, moments before a possible arrest, is considered by the victims' lawyers a harsh blow to uncover the truth: "vital information simply evaporated in the air."
• A series of unusual deaths
Siad is not the only one since Epstein's death to commit suicide in his prison cell in 2019, an event that has itself raised serious question marks due to a malfunction of surveillance cameras and a snooze by guards, as a whole series of people who were in his vicinity died.
- Jean-Luc Brunel (2022): French modeling agent and founder of the MC2 agency, who was suspected of transporting and housing minors for Epstein, was found hanged in his cell in a Paris prison while waiting for his trial in a way that was terrifyingly reminiscent of Epstein's own death.
- Mark Middleton (2022): Bill Clinton's former aide who helped Epstein enter the White House, was found dead on a ranch in Arkansas and was hanging and suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Although the death was classified as a suicide, those close to him said the scenario was "totally illogical".
- Steven Hoffenberg (2022): Epstein's former mentor and business partner who became one of his most prominent critics and accused him of being involved in a massive Ponzi scheme, was found dead in his apartment in an advanced state of decomposition.
- Efrain Stone Rice (2021): Epstein's last cell partner who was released just a day before Epstein was found dead in his cell, apparently died shortly afterwards from complications from the coronavirus.
- Joe Rakari (2018): The police investigator who led the investigation against Epstein in Florida in the mid-2000s and reported intense political pressure and threats to his life, died suddenly at the age of 50 after a "brief illness."
Rakari, the police detective, and Michael Reiter, the police chief, have previously claimed that they are under political pressure to drop the case.
Rakari also stated that he had to travel by different routes to work or change cars, as he was under surveillance.
"I was worried about my children, because I didn't know if the person watching me was hired straight out of prison to hurt me or my family," he told the Miami Herald.

Joining the list are Hollywood producer Steve Bing, who jumped to his death in 2020, Deutsche Bank's Thomas Bowser who committed suicide in 2019, politician Bill Richardson, who died in 2023, and even one of the prominent plaintiffs in the case, Virginia Giuffre, who died in 2025.
Even now, years after Epstein's death, the spiral of tragedies and mysteries surrounding the main characters in the case seems to be refusing to subside, and continues to fuel the feeling that too many secrets have been sent to the grave.
