Today, the law on the execution of Palestinian prisoners, which adds nothing unusual but a new aggression, a new fascism and the usual racism of the occupation, gives humanity a new proof of the identity of this criminal entity, which has gone so far as to violate all international laws, laws and conventions that urge the protection of the right to life of every human being, for whatever reasons.

The Knesset's approval of the Prisoners' Execution Law carries with it several implications, most notably the entrenchment of the policy of segregation and racial discrimination, as the Palestinian is held accountable for committing murders and is classified as a "terrorist," while the Israeli is not held accountable for committing atrocities and crimes against civilians, as a matter of "self-defense."
It is as if burning or killing children in cold blood is self-defense in the face of the imminent danger of children!
Secondly, this unjust decision expresses the constant panic and hysteria that afflicts the extremist public of these huge numbers of prisoners, who are languishing in their cells behind bars, and who have become a real challenge to their torturers.
Thirdly, the success of the prisoners, as a result of their defiance of prison conditions and the violence of the jailer, in transforming their prison into an academy or a literary forum and a place for scientific, academic and literary advancement, has made them a new force to add to the steadfastness and steadfastness of our people in the face of the occupation.
Fourth, the execution of the prisoners will spare, according to them, the risk of being exposed to similar operations of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" on October 7, 2023, with the intention of freeing them and exchanging them for Israeli prisoners.
The last of these implications is that the survival of these prisoners would threaten the security of the entity's state, because whether by ending their sentences or freeing them, they will be the leaders of the near future to resist this occupation.
This is what has happened, as most of the resistance leaders who were freed from the occupation prisons were among the first rank of the resistance leaders, and they tasted the scourge of their criminality by the occupation, and thus getting rid of them has become a security necessity for the entity.
What confirms the racism of this decision and the terrorism of the rogue state is the subjection of the prisoners to military courts instead of civilian courts, which have become exclusive to Israeli perpetrators of crimes. But what do Palestinians expect from this decision?
The resistance will witness a qualitative escalation in the face of the occupation, because the resistance will find itself faced with two options: either to resist valiantly until martyrdom, or to die by death if he is imprisoned.
This reality will increase the security collapse that the occupation authorities seek to immunize from resistance operations.
What Nazism in particular affirms in this law is the extremist Zionist Ben Gviri that the Jewish race is considered pure and exclusive to other races, when this law approves the execution of the owners of the land, those who deserve to live on it, and acquits the real criminals of the abnormal prospects and murderers of human beings under the umbrella of the "holy murder law."
On the other hand, this decision comes in an attempt to break the will of our people in their quest for freedom, independence and return.
This decision is not new in the context of the criminality and genocide to which our people are exposed, but rather it is the legitimization of murder under a legal cover, and an expression of Israel's aggressive arrogance and the power it possesses.
The harmony of aggression and fascism between the leaders of the entity and the White House administration is embodied in President Trump's support for the decision to execute the prisoners, which confirms their hostility to the Palestinian people and their defiance of the international community, which came out with demonstrations against and rejecting this unjust decision, which took place in cities in the United States, Europe, Latin America and some Arab countries, especially In Syria, this also confirms its support for our people's cause of freedom and independence, and its condemnation of the racism, fascism and Nazism of the entity state.
The pretext for issuing this resolution – which was supported by 62 members, including two Druze Arabs, and opposed by 48 members – is to eliminate "Palestinian terrorism" and deter "terrorists" from carrying out terrorist acts against the entity.
Because the targeted people have not been subjected to fair trials, and they do not have the right to appeal the death sentence before any court, because they are subject to trial before military courts, while this law does not apply to Israelis who have committed terrorist crimes such as Uliel Ben Amra, who burned down the Dawabsheh family, or to Baruch Goldstein, the perpetrator of the massacre of the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron at dawn, or to Yigal Amir, who assassinated Yitzhak Rabin, the prime minister of the entity for signing the Oslo Accords, or to the settlers who carry out daily murder against the Palestinian population The safe people in the West Bank.
This percentage of supporters reflects the nature of the majority of Israeli society, regardless of their religious, political or ideological affiliations, this extreme aggressive nature that hides behind the false values of democracy, which are inherent in racism, Nazism and fascism.
This was evident in the celebration of the terrorist Minister Ben Gvir, with his partner Smotrich, to inaugurate with other extremists a new era of criminality and murder legalized under the guise of a fascist-racist-Nazi law, and the beginning of the erection of the gallows for Palestinian resisters.
This law, which has been long-awaited since December 2022 until it was issued in March 2026, expresses the spirit of revenge based on the permissibility of Palestinian blood, transcending all moral and humanitarian values, polarizing the values of hostility and hatred, and intensifying the conflict with the entity state.
Therefore, the denunciation, condemnation and denunciation of the governments of the world no longer suffice the purpose with a fascist government that is becoming more and more aggressive against the Palestinian people day by day, as a result of the silence and great blindness to these practices.
What is required is the imposition of sanctions on the occupation, including the activation of international courts for the crimes committed by its leaders against civilians, and the obligation of the occupying power to comply with the provisions of international humanitarian law in times of war, as well as the imposition of an economic boycott on it.
It is the moral responsibility of the international community to lift the immunity, protection and support of this entity in response to the demands of its peoples, and to enable our people to achieve their goals of freedom and the establishment of an independent State.
What Palestinian Knesset member Ahmed Tibi said expresses the position of our people: "This government, which believes that it can take away the Palestinians' faith in their right to their land by means of the gallows, has been humiliated."
