Far from the fact that there is an actual and implementable plan for this issue or not, and regardless of the possibility that it will turn in the coming period from mere statements described by some as random to a fait accompli or not, the mere launch of such a statement by the president of the most powerful country in the world is a very dangerous development, and it could ignite a bloody and unprecedented conflict whose repercussions will not be limited to the Gaza Strip only, but it is possible that it will extend to include the entire region, including The yards were most often cold and quiet.

In the United States, as in many countries in the world, President Trump is seen as mentally ill and mentally ill, and this is enough for some to make such a statement, along with other statements he has made in recent weeks.

I do not believe, like many others, that a single person, no matter how many his stumbling blocks and lapses, or in return his great capabilities, and his many skills, is capable of running a country of this size, or Uniqueness in making a wide range of decisions related to internal and external affairs, and its impact often extends to all parts of the globe, even those areas hundreds of thousands of miles from the American homeland.

Although the U.S. Constitution of 1787 grants the president broad powers at the internal and external levels, and has the decisive say in many major decisions such as declaring a state of emergency, declaring mobilization in the country, appointing ministers and judges, granting pardons, suspending the execution of sentences for many crimes, in addition to his right to conclude treaties with foreign countries, appoint ambassadors, send military forces to different regions of the world, and many other decisions, he still has to obtain many From consultations and possibly approvals from various institutions, led by Congress, the National Security Council, the Ministries of Defense and State, and other institutions specialized in managing state affairs.

In the past weeks, even before he officially assumed the presidency, the new and controversial US President Donald Trump issued many decisions and legislations, in addition to dozens of statements, which caused great and unprecedented confusion, because of their treatment of thorny and sensitive issues, some of which affect the sovereignty of independent countries such as Canada and Panama, and in others that contradict international law in every sense of the word, and even flout all recognized diplomatic norms, which criminalize and prevent the seizure or control of Third party lands, resources or installations by force.

One of the most controversial, denunciating and rejected statements globally and regionally is the statement regarding the imposition of a long-term trusteeship over the Gaza Strip, in addition to expressing a clear and explicit desire to displace its population, which numbers more than two and a quarter million people, living in a very small geographical area that hardly exceeds 362 km2, under the pretext of its reconstruction after the massive destruction and devastation it suffered as a result of the extensive Zionist aggression that lasted for fifteen months.

This statement was considered by some analysts and observers in line with the demands of the Prime Minister of the enemy in crisis, Benjamin Netanyahu, who did not hide his desire since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip to forcibly displace the population, and even tried to do so with all their might, and used all the destructive military means in their possession, which led to the death of tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians, the injury of tens of thousands of others, and the massive destruction of structures. Others viewed Trump's statement as just one of his usual mistakes, and that it is just heresies that have nothing to do with reality, and that it is almost impossible to turn one day into a real reality, as it needs direct military intervention from the United States, which if it happens will constitute a coup against Trump's well-known narrative, which calls for stopping global conflicts, and to withdraw tension from many regions around the world, similar to what is happening in Ukraine. Or the conflict in the Middle East, foremost of which is what happened in the Gaza Strip and the associated military confrontations in other arenas in the region.

Haaretz columnist Uri Misgav described Trump's statement as just a usual delirium, that he has no credit on the ground, that there will be no deportation of the people of the Gaza Strip because there is no plan for that, nor any preparations related to it, and that it is insulting to be smart to treat such a statement with some kind of seriousness. 

For his part, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak said that he does not support talking about illusions, and that this talk is just an attempt to intimidate Arab rulers and push them to provide solutions to the dilemma of the Gaza Strip, which has become a major threat to the security of the Hebrew "state", especially after the attack on the morning of the seventh of October. 

Apart from the previous two comments, which resemble the thousands of comments issued on this subject, what was issued by President Trump represents from my point of view a general trend for many American institutions, most of which support, albeit unannounced, the directions of successive US administrations, and often even determine their directions, and control a set of decisive and extremist decisions issued by them. 

These institutions, often referred to as the deep state, are a group of formal and informal institutions, run by a complex network of military, intelligence, politicians, businessmen, and special interests, and have enormous influence at the level of decision-making at the internal and external levels. 

Referring to some studies and reports issued by specialized research centers, we can see the size and importance of these institutions, and the extent of their impact on the decision-making process in the United States, we will briefly refer to some of them below:

1. Security and military agencies: These include intelligence services, intelligence agencies, and security and military institutions, which often have strong influence in policies related to national security.

2. Multinational corporations: These large companies, along with banks, play an important role in influencing economic and trade policies through financing and economic pressures.

3. Judiciary and bureaucracy: The judicial system and senior bureaucratic levels depend on the continuity of existing institutions and systems, and may influence policies in invisible ways.

4. Media institutions: which in turn work alongside research centers supported by influential parties to shape public opinion in line with their own agendas, and direct political debates.

The above institutions, in addition to others that cannot be mentioned, play an important role, which sometimes exceeds the role of the president himself, in formulating the strategic policies of the American empire, and work to shape and formulate short- and long-term policies in several ways, including:

Controlling security and political decisions related to international relations, military interventions, and influencing economic policy through large corporations and banks, which use lobbies and political donations, in addition to directing the media and public opinion and forming a certain narrative that serves their interests.

In any case, and far from diving too much into the details of American decision-making, especially the controversial ones, which often affect many regions around the world, we believe that everything that is happening is an organized and deliberate process aimed mainly at preserving American interests, foremost of which is maintaining the security of the Hebrew "state" in the region and the world, which is seen by the United States as an advanced spearhead in confronting the countries and peoples of the region, especially Those that reject American and Israeli tutelage and seek to live in freedom and dignity like all the peoples of the world.

Therefore, we believe once again that everything issued by the "crazy" President Trump, and what will be issued by him during the coming period, which is expected to be full of surprises, are decisions and directions issued by the major American institutions concerned with drawing American policies, which are led by the deep state, and this state is not affected by the identity of this or that president, as much as it is affected by preserving its political, economic and ideological interests, which use in order to preserve them many tools and means, including personal traits. to the president even if he is crazy. 

In conclusion, we can say that regardless of whether this "Trumpian" trend will turn into reality or not, our Palestinian people, with all its sects and orientations, will reject it with all force, and will not allow it to pass at all costs, as this land, which was baptized with the blood and remains of tens of thousands of martyrs during its long history, and which is fenced by enormous sacrifices is still being made on the altar of freedom and independence until now. 

This land will never be the wasteland on which crows of extremists and criminals croaks croaks, and it will rise despite the enormous scale of destruction again, to rebuild what the occupation destroyed, and to prove once again to the enemy and friend that the Palestinian palm can triumph over the awl of the children of Israel, and that blood can defeat the sword, even if the sword is a foolish and extremist American president or a deep state run by a group of thieves and criminals.
