Afrasianet - Anwar Al , Hawari - Why are the consciences of decision-makers in the capitals of Europe and America reassured as they align themselves with Israel – hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder – as it wages a ruthless crusade against the last bastions of Palestinian resistance?
The war of extermination is nothing new if we look at it from the European-American perspective or from the perspective of Western civilization from Athens, Rome, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, France, Britain, Germany, America, Zionism, a civilization founded on violence, on the superiority of the West, and on the low view of everyone who is not Western or non-white.
In the eyes of the West, it is barbaric, barbaric, backward or pagan, all of which justify the crime of extermination with a reassuring heart, whitening its face, stripping it of its sin, and then giving it the description of a sacred mission or sacred duty.
Violence and superiority are inherent to Western civilization in all its phases, accompanied by a pagan, a Christian, and a colonial, violence that did not leave it in an instant, if it did not export it outside it and against outsiders, it practiced it against itself among its tribes, then between its religious sects, then between its nationalities, and then between its empires that struggled and shared influence, looting and control over six continents.
Material and moral annihilation: The West does not live without war, and war is not only to break the thorn of the opponent, but also develops into his annihilation, whether in a material way that means wiping the opponent from above the face of the earth and canceling his presence and presence in the history books, or annihilating him morally;
The West succeeded in both types of material and moral annihilation in the face of the Arab-Islamic East, so it came out – with the exception of the Palestinian resistance – from the circle of confrontation, and became circulating – with marginal exceptions – in the orbits of the victorious West, and Zionism is only an exclusive representative of this violence, superiority and Western superiority.
The West, in Palestine, is fighting its eternal battle from Greece, Romans, to the Crusaders, the French and the English to the Americans. Zionism, in essence, is fighting the battle of the West, or it is a link in the series of Western violence that has not ceased to be exported to the East: old and new.
Zionism – in its form that we know it – is an important tool of the West in controlling the East, and if Zionism did not exist in this place, and at this time, the West would have invented – without hesitation – what replaces it, takes its place, acts on its behalf and performs its role.
There is no life for the West without putting the Arab-Islamic East in the cage, and it performs this task in two ways: employing Zionism, and employing those who accept employment from some of the rulers of the East, and some of its political, intellectual and economic elites.
This explains the great dilemma: why the entire West, led by America, is aligning itself with Israel, and why the entire Arab-Muslim East is abandoning Palestinian resistance.
The West – with Zionism behaves as one front, as one alliance, linked by a consensus on the principle that the defeat of Israel is not permissible, that compromising its security is not allowed, and that threatening its existence from its roots is a danger that threatens the West itself, and the culmination of this alliance is the consensus on America's leadership that is undisputed and does not go outside its umbrella, and it is – itself – loyal to its leadership role as an heir empire to Western violence, superiority and superiority.
The American president is an actual universal emperor who has powers that have never been owned by an emperor before, not Alexander, not Caesar, not Harun al-Rashid, not Suleiman the Magnificent, nor Queen Victoria, and despite all that is said about the balance and mutual control between the powers in the American political system, the accountability of the president before Congress does not limit his powers, his political weight in America and the world - ultimately - from the weight of the Pentagon, from the weight of the Department of Defense, from the weight of the unprecedented ability in history to militarize The universe: its land, its sea, its faces, and its farthest space. Empire leads the entire West – including Zionism – to liquidate the last breath of independent identity uncrushed by the domination of the West and Zionism in the East.
The age of Israel is the age of American leadership, both of which are signs of the twentieth century, a century in which the last global bond linking Muslims disappeared, in this week of 1924 AD the last Islamic caliphate fell, which fell after living seven centuries, including two centuries in formation and formation, three centuries at the height of empowerment, and two centuries in gradual decline.
Over three centuries, it provided walls that protect the Islamic East from the Christian West, the actual decline began with Bonaparte's invasion of Egypt in 1798, did not repel him from Egypt, but when he moved from Egypt to the Levant and from Jerusalem, its armies were waiting for him and he recoiled on his heels, and the first modern Zionism failed.
Shock and lethargy
Also, when the Allied forces moved from Egypt to the Levant – with Jerusalem at its heart – the Ottoman forces were camped waiting for them on the Sinai front, and they were defeated by General Allenby's forces in the Battle of Beersheba on October 31, 1917, and he went out to continue his march – which Bonaparte was unable to do – to Jerusalem.
The Ottoman forces preferred to withdraw from the city so as not to destroy it, if the war took place on its walls, they came out of it after providing it with protection for 673 years, and General Allenby entered it, so church bells rose in Rome, and from that date the ninth of December 1917 AD and Jerusalem in the era of the New Crusade, and the New Crusade ensures the existence, survival and superiority of Zionism.
There is no difference between the mission of General Allenby and the American president - or the last emperor of the West - Biden or before or after him, any Christian general would have done what General Allenby did, and any American president would do what the current president does, and say the same about any Western ruler, there is no difference between Peter the Hermit 1050-1115 AD, Louis IX 1212-1270 AD, Napoleon Bonaparte 1769-1821 AD, and the current President Emmanuel Macron, born in the year of President Sadat's visit to Jerusalem in 1977 AD.
There is also no difference between the German King Frederick II 1194-1250 AD, who re-recovered Jerusalem after it was liberated by Saladin, there is no difference between him and the German president and his current foreign minister except that Frederick II – with all his crusader – was more rational and less fanatical than the current leaders of Germany, he did not recover Jerusalem in the arms of the Crusaders by war, but took advantage of the divisions and bloody conflicts between the heirs of Saladin and obtained them – peace, gift, and a token of friendship and alliance – from King al-Kamil 1177-1233 AD.
The historian Dr. Qasim Abdo Qasim describes this incident on p. 118 of his book "On the History of the Ayyubids and Mamluks" by saying: "Frederick II came with a weak army, and with the decision of papal excommunication, but he returned with gains that no other crusade has been able to achieve since the success of the First Crusade that occupied Jerusalem in the last years of the eleventh century AD."
Then he says on p. 119: "The shock was violent on the Islamic world, as the policy of inaction and fear followed by Sultan al-Kamil, has borne bitter fruit in this scandalous treaty, as he delivered – without a fight – all that the Muslims conquered in the days of his grandfather Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi after long wars of reconquista."
The Palestinian resistance, which withstood the winter of 2023-2024 AD in front of the Crusader-Zionist alliance, is the last breath of Saladin, that is, the last correct awareness of the essence of the conflict, the conflict between the entire Islamic East, and the entire Christian West, and not internal conflicts between Muslims and Muslims, in contrast to the corrupt awareness model represented by King Al-Kamel - Saladin's nephew - where his conflicts between his Ayyubid brothers force him to ally with the strategic enemy, and then the handing over of Jerusalem to the Crusaders - as a gift - The price of this corrupt awareness and the wrong alliance.
Look around you in the capitals of Arabism and Islam, you see the perfect king alive and not dead. Corrupt awareness, wrong alliances, a corrupt weapon, a weapon that bounces back to the nation's chest.
Corrupt consciousness, or the model of the perfect king, stands behind: the plight of resistance, the Arab-Islamic betrayal, the silent withdrawal from considering the Palestinian cause as the cause of the entire nation, not just the Palestinian people. Its burdens need to be distributed to all Arabs and Muslims.
Most seriously, the corrupt consciousness behind not holding the annihilation of resistance in its proper place is part of history, part of a project, as well as part of a future. Or it is – genocide – a mechanism adopted by the mechanisms of the West to deal with us, or to deal with those it deems a threat to it.
Ian Law, a researcher in ethnic and racial studies, is the founder and director of the Centre for Ethnic and Racial Studies at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, his important book has been translated into Arabic under the title: "Racism and Ethnic Intolerance from Discrimination to Genocide", in the first chapter he explains the roots of the idea of racial superiority since it is a sense of distinction that results in self-superiority and then contempt for others, the compound of superiority with contempt results in violence, violence reaches extermination, and then extermination entails resistance.
On p. 54, he chronicles it – genocide – in the modern world order from the beginning of the fifteenth century onwards, as ethnicity and ethnic intolerance carved a place for themselves in our memory and understanding of the world through forms of genocide.
Atlantic slavery : These forms include the mass killings of indigenous people in the Americas and Australia in the context of settler colonialism, i.e. conquest, occupation and substitution of indigenous people by colonial settlers, as well as genocide through so-called Atlantic slavery, which is the forced bringing of slaves to work on settler plantations – forcibly – and this slavery resulted in the death of 15 to 20 million people.
To understand the ongoing genocidal war against the Palestinians, we need to put it in context: settler colonialism that gets rid of the natives in every possible way. In order to understand the position of the West, which is involved – with all its possessions – in the genocide, we need to understand that genocidal behavior is not emergency, transient, marginal, or alien to the West, but rather a renewed and inherent historical root.
Without genocide, the capitalism of the West would not have been established, and without genocide, the nation-state would not have been established in the West, and without genocide, Western colonialism would not have been established, and without it the democracy and scientific and technological revolutions that resulted from colonialism, and without it, the West would not have dominated the modern world and reshaped it according to its whim, and extermination remains ready to be put into active service whenever necessary in the present and future. Or what Ian Law calls unilateral mass murder. (p. 53). He then mentions some examples of extermination:
1. In the Caribbean – now Haiti and the Dominican Republic – it was inhabited by eight million people when the Spanish colonizers entered them, and then in just thirty years, unilateral mass murder succeeded in wiping out the eight millions, leaving only twenty thousand of them.
2- Canada and the United States were inhabited by about ten million, before they were colonized by the French and the British, and then over five centuries, they were annihilated, leaving only 237 thousand of them, official killings sponsored by the state itself: direct killing, epidemics, famines, theft of children, confiscation of food, and deprivation of indigenous people of their resources .
3- In 1788, the indigenous population of Australia was seven hundred and fifty thousand ( three quarters of a million), they were exterminated until there were only thirty-one thousand left of them in 1911, by the same methods: organized massacres, extermination campaigns, deadly diseases, famines, theft of children, confiscation of resources .
4- The island of Tasmania – one of the islands of Australia – in 1804 was living on it before the entry of the English colonists four thousand five hundred, and within eighty years – according to the author – was exterminated all those who run in their veins the blood of the original owners of the land, the last man was killed in 1869 AD, and the last woman died in 1876 AD, and only some hybrids survived, any of the joint marriages.
The colonists made hunting trips by aiming rifle bullets, and then firing them into the eyes of the natives, and flour poisoning was a usual behavior of the colonists against the natives. (p. 58) .
5- A more modern model, the first genocide opened by the twentieth century, the first acts of the Germans in the record of extermination, in Namibia the Herero people numbered eighty thousand, exterminated by the Germans until there were only sixteen thousand of them left .
Colonial genocide aimed at seizing land, natural and human resources, and was thus the cornerstone of capitalism .
Second, deceptive democratic discourse went hand in hand with the mass killings on which the empires of the Spaniards, Portuguese, Dutch, English, and French were founded.
To it was added the Americans and the Zionists.
