Afrasianet - The Yemeni armed forces announce that they have carried out 3 operations against 3 ships in the Red Sea, the Arab and Bab al-Mandab, through drones and ballistic missiles, and confirms the achievement of direct and accurate hits.

The spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced on Monday evening the implementation of 3 operations targeting 3 ships in the Red Sea, the Arab and Bab al-Mandab, stressing the achievement of accurate and direct hits in each of them.

The 3 operations were as follows:  SC  MONTREAL, southern Arabian Sea, was targeted with two drones; MAERSK KOWLOON was also targeted in the Arabian Sea with a winged missile; MOTARO was targeted in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, with a number of ballistic missiles.

Saree explained that the targeting of the three ships came because the companies that owned them violated the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine, reiterating the continuation of the naval blockade on the Israeli occupation, and carrying out operations against all its targets in occupied Palestine.

The spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces saluted the resistance in both Lebanon and Gaza, stressing that the operations will not stop until the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip is stopped, the siege is lifted, and the aggression against Lebanon is stopped.

On Oct. 22, the Yemeni armed forces announced  the targeting of an Israeli military base, east of occupied Jaffa, with a hypersonic "Palestine 2" missile.

The armed forces confirmed the success of the missile in reaching its target, bypassing the American and Israeli interceptor systems.
