Afrasianet - Al-Mayadeen - Ayman Al-Rafati - How many crimes against humanity must Israel commit, especially targeting hospitals, ambulance crews, civil defense, safe houses, and destroying infrastructure, so that the Europeans can tell “Israel” enough is enough?

The recent war on the Gaza Strip revealed global falsity and hypocrisy regarding human rights issues. Contrary to all international conventions and treaties, the actions of the majority of countries in the Western world were biased towards the Zionist entity and supported committing a massacre and inhuman punishment against the Palestinians.

The European Union was the most prominent party that fell for this bet. The war on Gaza has shown the true face of the West, which closes its eyes to crimes when it comes to “Israel” in the region, and even acts as if nothing had happened, and provides absolute support to the Israeli war machine. From the first day of the war, the countries of the West released the hand of occupation without

Limits or conditions for taking revenge on people in the Gaza Strip, after they felt that there was a threat to the survival of this entity in occupied Palestine.

Who would have imagined that Japan, which was subjected to annihilation by nuclear bombs, would reject the ceasefire in Gaza and support the massacre of civilians, and who would have imagined that Switzerland, which describes itself as neutral, would abstain from voting to bring humanitarian aid into the stricken Gaza Strip. Not to mention that this war revealed double standards.

The world appeared with one eye and did not see in Gaza what it saw in Ukraine.

This was demonstrated by the statements of the Jewish American Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, when he condemned preventing the arrival of aid, water and medicine to Ukraine, while he remained silent and gave “Israel” the right to do so in front of Gaza, as if he believed the racist saying that the people of Gaza are “human animals.” Most Western and European positions reveal the falsehood of the West.

What was a crime against Ukraine is seen by these countries as self-defense when it comes to “Israel”, and we have the best evidence in the British and French positions, as the international media is full of statements towards Ukraine, while silence or condemnation of the Palestinians strikes at the same levels in Europe and the West.

The European position in general is still shameful and weak.

Despite its support for the crimes of the occupation, it did not provide a single condemnation of the crimes committed by the occupation against civilians, hospitals, ambulance crews, and civil defense, and did not condemn the bombing of homes on the heads of their residents without prior warning. In shame, a position of condemnation began to appear after the massacre.

The occupation towards those safe in the Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, which claimed the lives of nearly 500 martyrs.

The recent war revealed that the majority of countries in the world do not have a decision or position of their own.

Rather, they are often subordinate to the American position, even if the issue requires a humanitarian position.

In fact, Western shame appeared by criminalizing sympathy with the Palestinian people, which is what happened in France, Britain, and a number of countries.

From European countries.

There is no doubt that the European position is divided regarding the crimes taking place in the Gaza Strip. Some of them give “Israel” the right to kill everything in the Gaza Strip to take revenge for what happened to the Israeli military who carried out the siege and killing of the Palestinians over many years, and some of them say that They are shy about bringing aid into the Gaza Strip without stopping the war before achieving its goals, and others, such as Britain, fully adopt the Israeli position, and even provide support to the Israeli “army” to kill more Palestinians.

The European position biased towards “Israel” stems from several points that believe that the security of the occupying “state” is a European necessity with several dimensions, the first of which is that there is a large trend within European countries that believes that “Israel” is part of Europe, while the extreme right in Europe sees that “Israel “It is the first line of defense for Europe against Islamists and waves of immigration, while rational people explain that the Israeli bias comes as a European commitment to the Jews after World War II as compensation after the so-called Holocaust against the Jews committed by the Nazis, while some attribute the European position to the presence of control by the Jewish economic lobby.”

The media is in charge of important joints and companies in Europe.

The scandal that will afflict the world, especially the European Union, after the Gaza war will be huge and resounding.

After today, Europe has no right to pay lip service to human rights and international humanitarian law, as it has become clear how the Europeans have blatantly violated it.

The Spanish position exposed the majority of the positions of the European Union countries, which were silent regarding the issue of the displacement of Palestinians, the siege imposed on Gaza, and the prevention of the entry of aid. Madrid described the Israeli measures as not respecting international law through its insistence on cutting off water supplies and basic services.

There is no doubt that there is a movement that began to take shape after the occupation’s crime against the Baptist Hospital, but it is still low, and we are unable to say to “Israel” enough of the crimes you are committing in Gaza.

Here is an important question in front of the international position on the one hand and in front of the Europeans on the other hand: How many crimes are there?

It must be committed by "Israel" and how many children and women must be killed in order for you to tell "Israel" enough is enough.

How many crimes against humanity must Israel commit, especially targeting hospitals, ambulance crews, civil defense, safe houses, and destroying infrastructure, for the Europeans to tell Israel: Enough, and how much blood must be shed for human rights defenders in Europe to take action?
