On the Arab level, the question is simply that the Arabs should transcend their differences and not be a tool in the hands of the United States to pass their plans.

It is neither required nor realistic to return to the call for Arab unity, but at least we say that the Arab countries should put their differences away and redesign their threatened existence amid all the hurricanes that surround the region.
