Afrasianet - The Russian Defense Ministry announced the elimination of 280 Ukrainian military personnel within 24 hours in the Kursk region, and the losses of the Ukrainian army there reached 68,130 personnel and thousands of weapons since August 6.

 "North" forces continue to eliminate the remnants of the Ukrainian army in the villages and towns of Gogolevik, Gornal, Goevo, Oleshnia on the outskirts of the Kursk region.

•    Russian forces struck Ukrainian army concentrations in the villages and towns of Gozhgolevka, Gornal, Gifu, Zapsily, Luknia, Oleshnya, Basovka, Plovodódy, Varacheno, Velikaya Ribitsa, Vysilovka, Vodolagi, Zoravka, Ivolganskoye, Meropoli, Novinkoye, Sadki, Unakovka, Yablonovk in the Sumy region bordering the Kursk region of northeastern Ukraine.

•    The losses of the Kiev forces in 24 hours amounted to 280 soldiers, two tanks, 4 armored vehicles, 12 vehicles, 4 cannons, a radar station, 3 drone launchers and two ammunition depots.

•    The enemy's losses since the start of its offensive on Kursk on August 6 have reached more than 68,130 military personnel, 396 tanks, thousands of armored vehicles and cars, 120 electronic warfare stations, 17 radar stations, 560 cannons and other weapons.
