Afrasianet - Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri announced on Wednesday that he will officially withdraw his resignation sometime next week if “positive circumstances” continue.
Hariri has earlier announced his was holding off his resignation until further notice.
“Today, I presented my resignation to the president and he urged me to hold onto it for more dialogue about its reasons and its political underpinnings ... and I accepted,” he said during a televised speech at the country’s presidential palace on Nov. 22.
