Afrasianet – Just as the Americans did with the indigenous people of America when they distributed poisoned blankets to them, killing hundreds of thousands of them, Israel is following suit.

The finding of high-risk oxycodone tablets inside bags of flour that arrived to citizens from aid centers overseen  by the United States andIsrael  sparked outrage on social media platforms.

In an official move that confirms the seriousness of what was circulated, the government media office in Gaza denounced the  presence of narcotic tablets inside the flour bags that arrived citizens from aid centers supervised by the United States and Israel.

The office confirmed the documentation of 4 testimonies of citizens who found narcotic tablets of the type "Oxycodone" inside bags of flour coming from the "death traps" known as the centers of "US-Israeli aid".

The presence of narcotic tablets in flour bags is a heinous crime targeting the health of civilians and the fabric of society, he said. He called on citizens to be vigilant and inspect foodstuffs coming from these suspicious centres, and to immediately report any foreign materials.

In the same context, tweeters recount the details of the incident, noting that while opening one of the bags of flour, narcotic tablets of the type Oxycodone 80mg  bearing the symbol G 80 were discovered, hidden inside tin flakes.

The drug is one of the most powerful opioid painkillers and is used to relieve severe and chronic pain such as cancer or post-operative major pain; however, the 80-milligram concentration is considered very strong and is only given to patients whose body is accustomed to opioids in lower doses, to avoid the risk of poisoning or death, according to activists.

Other tweeters pointed out that this type of pill is classified as a highly dangerous narcotic substance, and may only be used under strict medical supervision, so its presence in this form raises major question marks about who enters or distributes such substances into people's food.

Bloggers described the incident as a "new war crime" against Gazans who are already suffering from systematic siege and starvation, asserting that Israel is turning humanitarian aid into systematic tools of extermination, providing "bullets and drugs instead of bread."

They said that the finding of oxycodone tablets inside the flour bags coming from what they called "death traps" proves the occupation's use of sadistic and criminal methods that do not stop at sniping civilians while they are trying to obtain food, but also try to poison the flour itself by adding strong addictive painkillers, which poses a serious danger to public health.

A number of bloggers have pointed to the possibility that the grains have been ground and mixed with flour, leading to their indirect absorption, which can cause serious effects up to respiratory arrest, loss of consciousness and death.

In the same context, the activists stressed that the occupation is not satisfied with murders and systematic displacement, but also practices a pattern of moral genocide aimed at dismantling the collective consciousness and social structure of the Palestinian people.

They considered that attempting to spread narcotics in an environment where the health system is collapsing and the population lacks care and control, represents a deliberate method of breaking the will to withstand and control collective perception.

One activist wrote: "Even in bread they kill innocent children, women and the elderly. What demons are you? What terrorists have you never known in history?

Continuous extermination and corpses in the streets and tents on fire with children. When they wanted to show their humanity in front of the cameras, they poisoned the flour, opened fire and committed brutal massacres."

Another added: "Oxycodone tablets in flour bags Humanitarian aid is killing the lives of hungry people in Gaza."

Activists asked: "How long will this international silence continue in the face of genocide carried out under the banner of relief? Will food continue to be used as a weapon of extermination in the 21st century with impunity?".

Beyond the supervision of the United Nations and international organizations, Israel and Washington have since May 27 begun implementing a plan to distribute limited aid through the so-called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation that would force starving Palestinians to choose between starvation or Israeli army bullets.
